NYC trees are the leader and expert in the hassle-free experience. It is a well-run company from the website through to delivery and installation. You are greeted by kind, respectful, helpful staff. The whole process is easy, and the tree was just perfect. As soon as you order the tree, you are taken care of and they work with your schedule to deliver without any inconvenience or waiting around. The installation process was fantastic and would not leave until it was fully straight and we were happy with it. I highly recommend this company and will use it every year! Thank you!

Such a great experience with Brandon and his co worker. The tree is beautiful, smells lovely. They explained so much and were friendly and kind. The tree came with a stand attached. They filled it with water. What a great experience. Thanks. My building will mulch it but to know they do is great. Beautiful tree from North Carolina. It came with a skirt. The whole shebang was worth evey dollar.

EDIT: I have adjusted my review to 5 stars. When I reached out to the company about my tree, they arranged to have it swapped out within a couple of days for free. This company has a solid customer service team who is responsive and caring, so they deserve a good rating for that. A lot of other people I know mentioned this happened to their trees last year (tree purchased from other companies/sources), so I think it was just a bad year for trees. I recommend putting hot water in your tree stand one time right after it arrives to ensure sap doesn't harden over the bottom.

When my tree came on Nov 30, I was so impressed! It was the most beautiful tree I’ve ever had.

Fast forward to a couple weeks later — I had noticed it wasn’t needing much water refill, but didn’t think much about it. Now all of the branches are drooping downwards, the tree is probably half the diameter it was when it arrived.

I’m so sad. It’s days before Christmas and now I hate looking at my tree. It’s depressing.

When I wrote in, they replied that like people, some trees don’t drink as much water. They requested photos to forward to another team. I sent them in, and will update if I get a response.

Overall, it’s still a bit depressing to have to remove every ornament, lights and ribbons and re-put them up on a new tree. Especially since all the needles are super dry and will likely make a huge mess.

It seems likely that the tree was not put in water quickly enough after being cut, or just not cared for properly before it came to me. It’s just collapsing in front of my eyes while the tree stand has remained completely full of water for two weeks.

Thats not normal.

Ordered a tree for a family to be set up while they were our of town for Thanksgiving. Customer service was amazing, worked with me to get the tree up and decorated in a short time window. Louise was lovely and made this tree look beautiful for this family's first Christmas in the city. They were thrilled to come home to such a lovely surprise. Thank you!

Looks great, smells great. And I added a wreath for $35 (they have decorated wreaths for $5 more) Christmas joy! Second year getting a tree from this lot.

Repeat customer here🙋🏾‍♀️! I moved into my place in 2018 and looked for a place that could deliver trees since I live in a rather inconvenient location. I found Tyler's Trees and am so happy I did. I just had my third tree delivered and as usual, a friendly and courteous delivery duo, beautiful tree (already filling my small studio with the smell of Christmas) and a very convenient tree removal service as well. I plan to be a customer for as long as they are up and running and I am local and I appreciate the discount offered for repeat customers. Came in handy this year! I also love the new tracking to see precisely when they will arrive. This Virgo gal appreciates it. Thanks, guys!

Tyler's trees is officially open for the 2019 season!!! We got a 6-7 tree for $120 8-9 are $150. The staff were so nice and helpful. The trees seemed to be of good quality. Highly recommend them!

These guys are such professionals: they came on the specified time, brought the tree into the apartment, and set it up beautifully (with a sturdy base and a reservoir for water, and even a skirt to cover it all up!). And the tree is gorgeous and so fragrant!
