I think management should be involved more in the food preparation process. I ordered a chocolate shake as I do every time I pass by shake shack. Their shake used to be really good, thick and delicious. Unfortunately, when I visited them on Friday and ordered the shake, it was really bad. There was more milk than chocolate custard (or cream) that made the shake a chocolate drink instead of a real thick shake as they always advertise. What really disappointed me is that they also raised their price by 20%. It used to be AED 25 and now it's AED 30. The result is a more expensive product with really low quality.
The Burger was very delicious! So far the best burger I have ever eaten.
Excellent tasting burgers!
It was my first time trying out Shake Shack and I wasn’t disappointed! The food is simple, high quality and tasty. The ratio of meat to salad / sauces is perfect. The patty meat is exceptional and tastes very fresh, in comparison to McDonald’s, which tasted processed.
Price to quality ratio is good. Portion sizes are adequate, though I feel the portion sizes for the chips could be bigger. I love the fact that the drinks are refillable too.
Customer service I received was great. Would highly recommend.

I used to love shake shack but something in the quality over the years given the prices isn't worth it anymore. Herb mayo loaded fries were good
The food taste was good, but the burger was small. You need to order more than one item.
I ordered a burger combo, chicken pops and strawberry shake.

It was excellent meal! With a juicy burger, you can never go wrong. They also have great cheese fries. Excellent customer service was provided by friendly, helpful staff (as I remember, Grace is the name who assisted me). The ambiance is good and clean.
The food was fabulous! Can never go wrong with a juicy burger, they have a great meat to bread ratio and delicious curly fries, but a small portion size. The service was great, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The ambiance was not great as it was quite noisy since it connected to the food court of the mall.
