I would love to share my experience at Kana cafe, Sheikh Zayed road branch, where I’ve been twice already. Overall the place is nice and the atmosphere is gorgeous, however I’d like to share my opinion about staff. Most of the staff are not attentive. I was sitting at the terrace and it was impossible to get waiters’ attention. You need to approach them personally to get something because whenever you would like to order something, you either need to shout out loud or the only best solution is to come to them by yourself. After having a dinner, the plates were not removed from our table for around 40 minutes, even though they were passing by and saw that the dinner was finished already. Sometimes there is a feeling as if they are giving you a favor by serving you, which is totally not a pleasant feeling.
I would rate such experience 2 out of 5 for service because this point needs to be urgently improved.

I ordered a chicken grilled burger with a tropical drink. The chicken itself was soft and flavourful, although the quantity was good, but with the bun and the sauce, the flavour of patty was not much present, and it kind of tasted sweet, 7/10 I would rate it.
With french fries on the side and i have to say the seasoning of the fries was delicious, 10/10 for it.
Overall, it was good. Their menu has options for cuisines but lesser options for dishes. Mainly, it's traditional food. Variety of drinks as well.
9/10 for the drink.
P.S.: This place also serves sheesha. We don't do sheesha, but looking at the people around us, I guess it might be good.

The chicha is affordable. We got Turkish tea which was good. The shisha is good as well. The seats are nice and the ambiance is great. I recommend it.

Very respectful staff (Fathy and Noh). So friendly and I think this is one of the reasons I will come back. We enjoyed the shisha and Moroccon tea. It is a cafe so don't expect very quiet atmosphere.
They change the charcoal very often so the shisha keeps smoking very well till the end. Will come back again.

This is the second branch I tried after business pay, with the same great service and good shisha. Staff are friendly and the service is fast.
