Was very good, without the possibility of using the Entertainer app, we cannot go there in the future. Very sad.
Coffee in the middle of the mall on the ground floor, feels cluttered, service slightly slow.
I wonder why this coffee shop has an overall rating of only 4 star. It should be 5 star, and I must say that this is one of the best coffee shops in Dubai. The price is reasonable here and the staff is just amazing. They will go an extra mile to ensure that you come out of their shop has a satisfied customer, with a great smile. The coffee they prepare is just awesome and the snacks are always afresh. The ambiance is just as good as any other coffee shop. The place is lively. If you visit Dubai mall and haven’t visited this place, then you have surely missed something. What’s more, the owner is an amazing personality, and despite being busy, if he is around and you have any slightest of issue he will address it, making you happy. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

I opted to sit at this coffee place as a treat for us to have after our overly long and busy day at work.
The coffee was delivered really quickly and the smell was fabulous.

I found this to be finely balanced medium to strong coffee ideal as a great start to the day and throughout as well.
The seating area is acceptable, don’t expect it to be over the top or special and can imagine that it can be a little uncomfortable but only when the mall is crowded. Otherwise it’s a relaxing and comfortable place to hang out in.

The friendly staff is the main aspect of Coffeol. Don’t get me wrong, the coffee was good and tasty, but how they treat their customers is great, making the coffee time experience fantastic, Highly recommended after long walk around Dubai Mall!
One of the best cafes in this part of the mall , located close to both blooming dales and the Address Dubai mall entrance , excellent coffee and sweets , a good choice of salads and sandwiches, it can be very busy at times , very good staff , I will certainly recommend it .
