An exquisite show of Rackstraw Downes and Stanley Lewis at their best! Well worth the visit.
Hope they thrive here
It is well worth the visit to see Staley Lewis's, Paintings and Works on Paper, until July 1. The works are almost like archeological finds. Layer upon layer of paint, split and stapled canvases, drawings almost carved out of the paper. It felt as if you were immersed in the landscapes.
Beautiful space, always interesting, eclectic choices.
Had a nice time visiting this small gallery which shows interesting pieces of art from lesser known but still very talented artists in a low key setting. Highly recommend a visit when in the area.
