Laiq Medical Screening Center / مركز الفحص الطبي لائق

I visited with my wife & my 2-year old daughter for Visa medical screening and when my wife was waiting there sitting in the waiting area the "Lady on the Reception" told me to get my daughter outside & wait in the car, i was shocked, i asked her why she said because children are not allowed here, i told her i don't have a car, i came in taxi so what should i do because its 44 C outside where should i go now, she said take your wife along with your daughter to wait in another office nearby until her token turn comes then we will do the test. So my got out & waited in another office untill her token number arrived.
That was the first time i faced that kind of discrimination in UAE in the last few years although i have visited many offices with my family & no one ever said anything like that to me before. I must give credit to another person on registration counter he was polite & helped me in test process.

Staff are good and kind but they Do lack certain information about documentation in Ajman due to that I had to open up one file twice which was not require.

Had a bad experience with a customer service female, unfortunately don't know her name but an Egyptian receptionist ( counter 4)wearing niqab.. Don't know how to give proper information ...

This screening centre deserves 5 stars in every thing : spacious , clean , friendly staff , large opening time ( 7am to 7 Pm daily except Sunday) , parking availability...

Excellent and fast service. Whole process took less than 10 mins and got my certificate in 2 hours.

System is good but service has to be improved in certain areas. The guys who are supposed to lead and support customers, make fun of them and look down at the outsiders as if everyone knows how medical procedures are done. And the nurse or medical who took blood was on hurry and made a bulge on my hand. After 2 days its still there.
Overall experience was good except for the mentioned.

Well managed centre dedicated for medical tests for :
1. New Residence Visa
2. Renewal of Residence Visa
Helpful team to support people for any queries requirement.
Separate typing services and photo studios are available in the same location as an extra facility (separate payment for each added service)
Please visit wearing masks and better not to bring kids along with you inside the centre !!

Staff and systems are good. But need more space for waiting area. Specially in summer. I have seen people standing long queue outside. At least a tent with cooler will be great.
