Nice and modern building.. very clean and a well lit and secure building
Cool building. Visited a friend who is living in his office space. Security lady was nice. Will be interesting to see how it converts to mixed use, residential and commercial.
Nice area very popular, and very populated. Nice environment to be around at the time I was passing through the area for job interview. Will definitely visit this area again looking to actually experience what things there is to do in this area.
Amazing architecture and inferior decor. It captures the allure and beauty of NY.
Workers comp doctor on the third floor, cleaner and faster than most WC offices I have been to. Appears to be a multi tenant office building. Elevators are small but fast and multiple available. Lobby security and you need a picture identification to enter.
There has been construction going on for well over three months since I started work here. The noise can be disruptive, and the work hasn't even reached the bathrooms on my floor, even though upper floors' bathrooms are finished. I have to take the elevator two floors up or down just to use the bathroom.
Wonderful architecture and great historical paintings! Experienced the passage through time to the past!
