Food? Well, it’s Starbucks so the food was overpriced and underwhelming, just as it is at every Starbucks worldwide. However, the service and coffee were great, seating options excellent, wifi easy to join, electrical points numerous and working, and the bathroom was fine (if smaller than most Starbucks).

Stange but it looks dirty lot of on scratches and splinters walls , interior needs for repair for sure.
Things tastes as others. In total i liked food but I will no go here to sit and talk, trashy old atmosphere.

Enjoyed a familiar place in Brasov, though our barista had no idea about some of the menu items. She quickly received help from others, and made our drinks to our specifications.
I love Starbucks and I visit it in every country to which I go to compare the coffee shops. This place is on the main square, town center and it is a good place to get coffee and rest in a place with air conditioner. (especially in summer) Coffee quality is also good and the staff is nice, knows English well.
We are very delighted to be served by a bubbly person named Andrei Cristina. We have been to many Starbucks in different countries and her customer service has been the BEST! She deserves to be given a lot of credits and deserves to be praised because of the way she handles her customers. Her energy is just top notch!!! She is an asset to Starbucks as you can tell she loves what she does! Thank you for making our day!
Starbucks with impressions as any other. The only unpleasant surprise was the fact that there were many items out of stock. That's not something you expect from Starbucks. Also the gentleman taking care of us was gruff - didn't smile once. I didn't see any other Starbucks in Brasov so I guess that's the one to go to.

The coffee l has the same taste which I love. The stuff was friendly and patient as i wanted to firstly charge my Starbucks card and then pay the products with this card.
To use the toilet there you need the code which is specified on the receipt after you buy a product.
I went here also on a Friday, and they have an offer on Fridays: if you buy a coffee bag you receive a tall coffe of your choice. ( they also ground the beans fkr you, on request)

The personnel is friendly and the beverages taste just like in any other Starbucks, nothing new or special about this particular coffee shop. The ugly part is how dirty it is and how terrible especially the bathroom looks. It's also pretty cold in the winter, like they are turning on the air conditioning instead of the heating. The pictures I posted look much better than the reality.
