Took a day trip to see Wicked and had the best time! The theater is gorgeous, the location is near restaurants where you can have a good meal beforehand, and there’s plenty of parking options nearby. I don’t recommend purchasing the parking package when you buy your tickets for this theater, however, because the lot they use is EXTREMELY small with a two-way ramp that only 1 vehicle can fit in at a time.
Ain't to Proud! It was a great show! My second time seeing it. I saw it in New York, so I wanted my husband to see it as well. He loved it!!
I went to see My Fair Lady the show was excellent. Once you enter there are lots of places to take pictures as it gives a red carpet feeling. I truly appreciate the fact that they are wheelchair accessible and the seats are removable to allow a person to slide right in. I thought that was so thoughtful.
Went here with my wife, mother, and sister. Do not order the souvenir cups at the bar. Went to see wicked and the promise was a "witches brew" it was the expected drink, but in a cheap plastic cup that had no resemblance or reference to the play. The seats are a little cramped however, but the atmosphere was lovely
A fantastic theater and the name on the marquee says it all. My wife and I took a flight specifically to enjoy the sounds of Gregory Porter. If you have not seen him live. You are missing a tremendous singer and performance. The Saegner Theater is a landmark that showcases some of the legends in music. The ambiance of this theater makes you feel like it's an outside event that is confined to a historical place. I liked that the audience was very professional but involved in the entertainment. Well dressed which I really appreciate. But here's a short clip of our experience.
Gorgeous theater. Great place for a show. Only drawback is the lack of space and restrooms outside of the main theater. Very crowded with long lines at the concessions and restrooms. Understandable since it is a historic theater. Sound quality and atmosphere excellent!
This theater 🎭 is so beautiful on the inside, from beautiful Greek statues to beautiful crystal, giant chandeliers! The seating for the audience is spectacular with its velvet beautiful burgundy color matched with gold trimming! I love the bathrooms and how clean they are! Plus all the best broadways, musicals, concerts, and operas are performed in this very building! I’ll be adding more photos of this amazing historical theater! The staff are always friendly and the union workers constantly work hard to make sure the show is ready to go! Be sure to attend your next favorite play or Broadway 🎭 at the Saengar Theater! I guarantee it’ll be worth it!!!
Beautiful theater and great show "A Wonderful World." This theater has the intermission women's bathroom line down to a science and the wait time was minimal -- the line kept moving. They did a great job in remodeling, as I haven't been here since pre-Katrina.
