I was there for a Christmas party. The best food I ever had at a Christmas party.

Top notch all around. We had our golf outing there for the 3rd year, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to the Mike's. Edison and ataff.

We got married at Maplewood Country Club in September 2022 and it was hands down the best decision we made. In fact it was the 2nd venue we toured and right off the bat, we knew we had found the one. We really cared about serving our guests a wonderful meal and we received countless compliments about the quality of the food, which made us so happy to hear. Many friends and family told us this was the best wedding they ever went to and we credit the amazing staff, who made sure our day was absolutely perfect. BIG shoutout to Edison who went above and beyond to make our wedding day dreams come true. 100% recommend this venue!

Our dream wedding came true at the Maplewood Country Club

As soon as we met the Banquet Manager, Edison, and heard what the MCC had to offer and saw the newly renovated ballroom and all for an unbelievable price, we knew we found the right venue for our special day. Edison was “the best” from day one, he even came on his day off on Super Bowl Sunday to show us the venue since we were pressed for time to book a venue 6 months out. We read the reviews and it sounded too good to be true but let me assure you that it is all true. Edison and everyone that works at MCC is wonderful and friendly and helpful. Oh, and the FOOD was out of this world, as the bride I only wish I had found time to eat more during the cocktail hour. Our guests were amazed and overwhelmed over the amount of food and couldn’t believe there was still a dinner to come then desserts and white castles and hot dogs as they left. The staff was on top of everything and even had some fun with our guests, which the guests loved. They were very professional with pleasant personalities that attended to our guests’ dietary needs. There didn’t seem to be anything they couldn’t do to make us and our guests happy. Ours was a second wedding for both of us with about 80 guests including my young grandchildren. Edison made this bride very relaxed; he did not allow me to stress about anything and was so good moving things along without pressure. We could have not picked a better place to have our wedding. Our guests are still commenting on what a wonderful wedding and how outrageously good and plentiful the food was. Guests even noticed how well Edison was on top of everything. Not one complaint and only tons of great things were said about our wedding and MCC. Many guests said it was the best wedding they ever attended. Thank you, Edison, your staff, and MCC. You truly were a very big part of making our wedding day the best day ever for both of us. I still say I want to have a wedding all over again because it was that great at MCC.

The Maplewood Country Club is a very elegant place to hold an event. The food is top notch, as is the wait staff and the place is spotless. There is plenty of parking (either self or valet) and the Club is easily accessible by train from NYC. There are several banquet halls to choose from as well as a bar and lounge area for cocktail hour and appetizers.

The catering manager was very hard to get a hold of to plan our event; he did not get back to emails or calls in a timely manner. That's the only downside. Our event ran smoothly despite this, but I'd suggest to management that they speak with the catering manager, as it's unnerving to plan an event and only speak with the front desk.

Topnotch food, friendly service. A++ atmosphere. Was there for a Bat Mitzvah reception. It would take a great effort to top the experience found there. Iitterly everything from soup to nuts.

Great course! The greens are kept in prime condition. I highly recommend!
