Good security

I hate having to go to this bank as ATMs are always working when they feel like it. There is always a sign about 1 of them partially out of order. Their security guard is not there as often which makes it feel less secure with all the foot traffic. Chase please fix your machines. The only ATM working is behind the locked doors...
2/3 wasn’t taking deposits so I used the one that was. Then it ate my cash and all 3 were now unable to take cash. Unbelievable!!!

Yue, who helped me and my husband handle business with care, patience and kindness. Thanks to every staff member here, I wish you a happy life and smooth work.
5 start review for Diana Wang. I was late and has tight schedule for the biz account. She is able to stay late to help me finish the whole process. Professional, patient, friendly and beauty.
Don’t come here or if you do, don’t try opening a business account with an incompetent employee there named Alex (forgot his Chinese name). He was rude, not helpful at all, and doesn’t know what he’s doing. I would have went to another branch or another bank entirely but already have a credit card with chase so decided to open a checking account as well. Anyways, in the end I’ll probably have to close these account because that guy did something where I got mail a week later telling me they have incomplete or incorrect information so they are going to close the account unless I give them some sort of Id which I already did at the branch. The worst ever..
The staffs were really helpful. I’ve been with Chase for so many years and their customer service has always been awesome. I created two credit cards and one checking with one of their associates. She was so kind and explained to me my rewards and things I had to be aware of to avoid extra charges. Love them!
