This is a beautiful venue that is always a wonderful place to see a show or the symphony. The view from the back of the venue is or the
beautiful St John’s River and downtown Jacksonville bridges. It’s worth getting there early to enjoy a drink outside. The building and the performance halls themselves are also a beautiful sight behold. The Jacoby Symphony hall has an incredibly beautiful organ.
The security is fast, and they typically have metal detectors and other security in the building.
The staff are very polite and helpful and the bathrooms are always clean.

outstanding venue not a bad seat in the house. Great acoustics through out. This place is on the banks of St Johns river with great water views
The attention for the theather employees was excellent, sorry the maintenance detail the teather infrastructure had, but the experience of the Chinesse Ballet Shen Yun was espectacular seating on the balcony area. Be prepared to pay at least $15 on the parking lote. I used the one in front for $ 20. The snacks and drinks are affordables to complete an excellent vibrant experience on color and sounds.
What a beautiful building. 2 enormous theatres and one smaller one. The staff are easy to work with and very accommodating. The Classic Seger band put in a great show.
I have been here multiple times & have always enjoyed myself. Parking is easy. Entrance speedy & the staff are always pleasant & helpful. It reminds me of an older, nostalgic theater but definitely in a good way. Seating, bathrooms, and entrance /walking areas are clean. The shows I've attended there were great!
It has a fascinating atmosphere. Only the Air Conditioner outlets under the balcony make you feel like you are sitting on snow. Above all, I salute you for your great effort.
Last night saw On Your Feet, the story of Gloria & Emilio Estefan. Wonderful!! The music will definitely get you in the dancing mood & you will want to get on your feet and dance! The actors were top notch, great vocals from all, the energy in the theatre was through the roof. Would love to see it again!!
Just saw the Jax Symphony perform several of John Williams greatest hits. Great venue although it couldn't hurt to update/renovate the lobby - just looks dated.
