Very tight space. Need to go to all of the floors to get the basic stuff. No proper assistance. Prices are on the higher side. No discount at all.

Lot of variety on offer. You may feel cramped inside if you encounter many buyers on a busy day. Well labelled and segregated sections. Some of the best staff - always there to help customers in need of assistance. Great experience!

Just avoid rush / peak hours for quick check-in and check-out!

This Modern Bazaar in Arjun Market is the worst experience in town! I have been a Modern Bazaar loyalist in Delhi for so many years. And I'm shocked at this branch in Gurgaon (the Worldmark and SS Plaza ones are good) MB in Arjun market is small, cramped, and very very dirty. The butchery smells so bad you can't stand there. The fruit and vegetables are of the poorest quality and have flies swarming around them. The basement section can't be entered because of its stench. And worst of all are the crazy numbers of employees who work according to one principle- "the customer is of no consequence, only emptying cartons, arranging shelves and taking stocks is important." Why do you have so many employees in a store where there's not a enough space for customers? And why don't you have trained staff? Yours is a service industry. Why have you forgotten that the shopping experience has to be pleasant for the customer? Only your cashiers are quick and efficient.

Why can’t you guys have separate billing counters for meat products? It’s highly offensive to people who are vegetarians/vegans and come here for shopping for their groceries and daily needs and when full-scale meat is being handled by the same guy who handles other products. Please do something about this.

Lot of variety to offer and a bit higher pricing. Space inside is cramped and little issue is faced while looking for items for first visit. Lot of staff available to help customers for their need. All in all great experience for buying export quality products and non veg items.

Such poor services these guys have.They don't stick to their slots always There chicken quality has been bad sometimes. But the worst part is that they don't stick to their timings Every single time these guys deliver you late. No matter how early u order.

It's definitely dirty, that's the first impression! They have good staff numbers yet no-one bothers about keeping the floor clear of baskets, fallen vegetables, etc. And the floor is dirty. Always.
Service is poor, no-one will ask you what you need while watching you search for something. Their main job appears to be meeting online orders, and to get at an item they will cut across the customer.
The best part is their nonveg / butcher counter. The items are varied and of good quality, service is again reluctant and not pleasant.
The greens shelves and shelves are okay, often overrated, with items dripping water from decay in their little plastic boxes. However, the sun-dried tomato and olives are good.

From fresh baking & dairy items to groceries and fresh fruit-veggies, this is a one stop destination for all daily fresh produces. Modern Bazaar has become my go to place for grocery shoppinh, whenever I'm around the area and I always make my way here to grab my daily need stuffs.

It's the best option in terms of range of goods and brands in terms of home goods and food supplies... There are so many international brands as well ... They also make gorgeous bake goods ... The staff is supportive
