Good experience, large variety of products, and helpful staff
Very complet shop, but seems that the sales person is not very happy to be there. In my two last visits (today, my last one), I was treated with a lot of indiference, as if I was bothering being there.
Bien dommage.
Bien dommage.
Terrible store, very impolite and not respectful staff…terrible experience…don’t recommend to anyone
Adrian, the gentleman at the store, very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend you paying a visit!
Well refurnished shop for triathlete that wants top quality. Staff is very nice and always ready to give you advices.
Worst service ever. Quote you one price and then charge you a higher price. Do not go to this store. Poor work on the bike as well.
Great store in Paris, they have many interesting thing for triathlon and cycling, specially for road cycling. They have an amazing web store mad you can order online and pick your product online, they also order for you and you come back to pick your products up, this is really convenient specially when you are a tourist. The personal are so gentle, they speak English and know and practice sports, as a result the advice are well informed.
Excellent customer service. Bought an off the floor complete bike and was re-packed tremendously well for my flight back to my country.
