Good burger, curly fries, and loaded breakfast sandwich. Fast service. Milkshake machine was broken, but that's okay.
I was going to order a slice of cheesecake and a large cup of ice. The stingy lady wanted to charge me for a drink or give me a small cup without a lid..I was catching a flight so I did not want a cup without a lid. But really anted to charge me $4+ for a cup of ice? Freaking ridiculous. Went to the place next door and got ice for free. Thanks for nothing
They don’t serve everything jack in the box is supposed to have. Why even call it jack in the box? My go to is JitB when it comes to affordability in value menu stuff. Pretty disappointing. When the lines are slow, they still give out the same fries that have been sitting there. They refuse to give out a fresh stuff.
We hit up this restaurant for the first time, heard a lot about it in Europe. But guess what? This fast-food joint isn't even in Europe, so we were stoked to give it a shot here. Turns out, though, the burgers weren't as mind-blowing as we expected. Fries were decent, though. 🍔🍟
Tea was not good. Chicken sandwich was almost burnt, but if you like it burnt-crunchy you would of loved it. Fried were good. Dr Pepper was great!!
First of all, Jack-in-the-Box is one of the most amazing places to eat as far as fast food goes. However, the Jack-in-the-Box in terminal A of the IAH airport is absolutely the worst excuse for Jack-in-the-Box I have ever experienced. Less than mediocre.
When you order a breakfast value meal, and ask the clerk to hold the drink, it should still come with a hash brown. Well, it didn’t. When I inquired about my hash brown, they told me “you didn’t order a value meal”. Because for some crazy reason they must think that if it doesn’t include a drink, it’s not a value meal. So I bought a hash brown separately, which was fried so hard, it was equivalent to a stack of cardboard. Never again will I go to the Jack-in-the-Box in IAH airport.
Lastly, whoever heard of a Jack-in-the-Box that doesn’t serve a freaking breakfast jack!!
Their management should really consider evaluating and possibly replacing the staff they have serving the public on a Sunday morning.

This has been the most horrific experience I’ve ever had at an airport restaurant ! The fully loaded breakfast sandwich , eggs were black! No explanation from server , asked for a refund and learned never to trust Jack in the box ever!
