best gym i've ever been to, and i've been to a lot of gyms! spacious, clean and friendly staff for a more than affordable price. really keeps my motivation high to visit it at least two times per week!

I've been coming here at least twice a week for about 3 years.
The coaches are super helpful and always have time to answer questions or give advice. They help keep me motivated (Kevin is so great at this). Huge choice of equipment. Individual showers!

Too much of aerobic machines but limitted muscle training machines in -1 floor of the gym!

Normally busy and not a good air conditioning in that saloon!

Huge space, not crowded, helpful staff, many showers.

The only negative is the lack of mirrors and weights.

Awesome club du sport. Very welcoming staff, very clean and not busy at all. Awesome place to train!!

Overall I'll say this is a good fitness facility with a wide range of equipment, at least for the space they have. One positive side to their services is that they've got a special software that gives you detailed breakdown of your Body Mass Index (BMI), that way you can keep track of your progress on a regular basis.
Client service is okay, just that one of the coaches has an attitude. It would be better to know how to apportion time to clients in a way that is fair and balanced. Imagine waiting 10-15 minutes to get help from a coach who's spending all that time on just one person.
In between, I also got to improve my French thanks to Ricardo and Virgil (sorry if the spelling is wrong).
