Worst services. Worst staff they even don’t know how to talk. You place the order in the morning they will deliver in their own comfort level. I will not recommend to use them
Its a convenient supermarket at Al nahda2. Prices were very competitive about 05 weeks ago...
Now the prices are little high.. comparing to Viva. Also they charge 0.25 dirhams for plastic bags but Viva doesnt.

I recently had a terrible experience with Al Maya Supermarket and their customer service was extremely poor. When I called to inquire about a delivery, the agent I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their tone was dismissive, and they seemed impatient with my questions. It was clear that they had no interest in providing quality customer service.They don't deserve even a single star.
It's good to do the shopping but prices are on the higher side than others also the worst thing is that they don't provide the carry bags without paying them extra for that .. even you shop more the 200 aed
