Must visit at night here in Cebu City. Better than La Vie Parisienne in the city proper. Fewer people than the Tops Lookout.
We took the ride to Tops and just walked the rest of the way to La Vie. Entrance Fee was P200 per person so we just took our dinner there instead of the Gelato as it was dinner time.
The place was so sparkly, lots or wall art and MIRRORS. Lots of comfy couches and nooks for your group to chat. With Al Fresco area that has a very low wall/balcony wall that offers the same view as Tops. Very cold and humid at night, bring jackets or sweaters.
Bar at the top most floor. Servers are kinda hard to call you just have to be persistent. Satay Skewers and Fried Chicken (Good for three) was good and we ordered canned drinks. No service water though.

Love their oven-baked pizzas! And the home-made gelato! Bring your loved ones here for a crazy view of the city while being enveloped by the refreshing mountain air. Make sure to bring own car if planning to visit. Since this is at the very top, vehicles/taxis are scarce. Overall, a pleasant experience!
Situated in one of the highest points in Busay with an amazing view of Cebu City, this has got to be one of the must go to places when visiting Cebu. The interior is chic and welcoming. Lots of art pieces. Totally instagrammable. Food was ok. Service lacks a little warm and speed.
Ambience is amazing! You have great view of the city. Weather is cold and foods we ordered were all amazing!
Paris restaurant in Cebu. This is a very nice place. It makes you feel like you are in Paris. A very ornate and beautiful place with wonderful views of Cebu in the evening. There is a 200p per person consumable entry fee. We ate pizza which was very tasty.
Food:
The food we ordered were great except for the condiments. Tabasco, pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and black pepper were not served when they delivered the pizza we ordered.
The pasta bolognese we ordered is delicious but the bread came with it is not toasted. There was powdered Parmesan cheese on top of it, making it more delicious and authentic.
Service:
We were told to wait for 35 minutes at least for our order to be delivered. And another 35 minutes for additional order.
Atmosphere:
Great view of the city in the evening.
The restroom needs to be cleaned every 30 minutes or 60 minutes. When we used the restroom, it has stinky odor and the floor is dirty.
It would be great to have more indoor dining area in the evening.

You can’t go wrong with La Vie Parisienne. Their food is 👌and the view is stunning. Customer service is good, although the place can get packed and pretty busy at night. We went there in the morning, right when they opened shop. They allowed me to bring my dog with me. The prices are reasonable and the serving size is also 👌. 🍝🥤☀️🐶
Good food, great location! How you select and order your food was a bit different, as you do this prior to seating yourself. But when the food came out, everyone at the table was happy with their dishes. It's a bit of an uphill treck to get to but the views and photo ops are worth it
