This is an okay little park with some shade but it really doesn't compare to its nearby bigger sister, Benjamin Banneker Park.

Local park, trail in unused land next to stream, partially forested. Small playground, picnic table or too. Not worth driving to as destination.

Quiet, beautiful basketball court. Nice spot

Nice park and you can catch a glimpse of wildlife. The park is not big, but it's usully quiet.
Donald Bush
Quaint little park with a nice walking path
Some children play equipment. Clean and peaceful.
Demian Perry
Nice walk along a stream with a traditional playground for little ones. Also across the street from one of the original 40 boundary markers that defined the 100 square like good of DC. In a year or so there will also be a big kid playground there, but it was still under construction in 2020.

The entrance on the E Jefferson street side is hard to find and there is no sign. But the park and the trail was great. The brook had running water and there were kids playing in the brook. We even saw two dear a block from the park in a house's backyard.
Steve Healey
This is a great little park with a nice walking trail.
