Great room service breakfast while staying at the Cloudveil. Loved the Jackson omelette. Orange juice, potatoes, and toast were great as well. Ask for hot sauce and salt and pepper to elevate your breakfast because it made mine excellent. Salmon bagel was great as well.

While the food was great and I would highly recommend it for that reason, the service was poor. The restaurant was slow, and this was commented on during our waiter's intro to us. This also made it clear to see that the waiter was biased, showing attention to tables based on appearances. It took a long time just to get drinks (over 10 mins), and once we placed our order, we didn't see the waiter again until he brought the check, and that was also quite a long time. We couldn't order additional drinks or items, which you'd think he'd want for a better tip on a slow day. We had others bring the food and take the payment after he brought the check. Again, the venison, escargot, and other food was great, but it's recommended that you wear luxury brands for service at this restaurant.

Classic old french bistro style with the vibe and menu selection. Food is average. No flavor rather blank. Didn’t send anything back but didn’t enjoy it either.

We came here without expectations and were totally blown away by how great the food is. The ambiance is great, too, with live music in the lobby. Overall giving the restaurant 5* - thanks to Andrea for the great service.

At the recommendation of the lady I sat next to on UA2237 flight, my family & I tried The Bistro. I enjoyed the Purple & Gold nonalcoholic beverage as well as my Brunch Burger. I ate my fries first and only made it through about half of my burger; it was quite filling. I wish I had looked through the dessert menu first, I would definitely have picked a lighter meal so I could have gotten the Creme Brulee.

We went here for dinner after skiing at Jackson hole with my friend. We ordered salmon and grouper. Both of them are delicious. The service and atmosphere are also great.

May be it is because we had skid all day, maybe it is because we were quite hungry, but this was one of the best dinner experiences ever!
Oyster shooters were meaty and delicious, endive salad was fresh and enough to share with two more diners, ricotta pillow is unbelievably delicious with pomegranate seeds to give it more sour taste, bison filet was well executed with a reduction to savor and mashed potatoes. Wine list was more than satisfying for the occasion.
Thank you Bistro. We will be back.
