Thank you so much to First Watch, Grand Junction. We traveled from Broomfield , CO to Grand Junction for a Boys Soccer Game. First Watch was not only gracious enough to accommodate our large group, they went above and beyond. We had our own section, the server and staff were extremely attentive to all of us. The food was delicious and came out rather quickly. We will definitely be coming back!

Had not been here in a while so a friend of mine and I popped in on a Friday around 10:00 a.m. they were not busy so we were seated very quickly in a lovely area with a big sunny window. It appeared that there was only one person waiting tables so it took a little while to get our menu and drinks. Our server was very nice, friendly, and offered good suggestions to my friend who had never eaten here before.
There was a little mix up on my trifecta as I ordered the multi grain pancake & received a waffle. I checked with my friend to make sure I ordered correctly, and she assured me that I had asked for the pancake. Our server was very sweet and quickly ordered my pancake. My eggs were cooked perfectly, albeit a little cold. Not everyone knows how to cook medium well eggs and the chef at First Watch has this down!
They have some amazing power drinks, an excellent kids menu, and a wide variety of interesting sandwiches, salads and breakfast items. Items. No matter how eclectic you're taste is, anyone and everyone can find something delectable at First Watch.
The restrooms were extremely clean, as was the entire restaurant. There was a bus person standing by and as soon as anyone's plate was empty, he was right on it.
We sat there for quite a while, visiting and no one really bothered us. As soon as we noticed the restaurant was getting busy and that there was a waiting line, we headed out.
It's fairly easy to find, off of Patterson road, just past the Walgreens in the little strip mall down the hill

I recently had breakfast at First Watch in Grand Junction, and I was thoroughly impressed by their Quinoa Power Bowl. It's not every day you find a breakfast option that is both incredibly delicious and genuinely healthy. The bowl was a delightful mix of fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked quinoa, and just the right touch of seasoning to bring everything together. It was a hearty, energizing start to my day, without feeling too heavy. The ambiance at First Watch was warm and inviting, and the service was prompt and friendly, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. For anyone looking for a nutritious breakfast that doesn't compromise on flavor, the Quinoa Power Bowl at First Watch is a must-try. Can't wait to come back and explore more of their menu!

How delicious.

We went here with not much time, only had about 45 minutes to spare in our busy day schedule.

The seating was prompt, server was prompt, we ordered our meal with the drinks and everything came out so quickly. They were a perfect location to not have much time but want to enjoy a dine in instead of fast food.

One thing I regret is not taking photos of the DELICIOUS and beautiful plates.

I was very impressed. Also the technology was five star. We had our bill paid with our phones before we even stood up.

I was excited to see First Watch come to Grand Junction!
I love their farmhouse skillet, and the side of toast was wonderful. It was a heavy, multi grain bread that is definitely worth mentioning.
My husband had one of the omelets and said it was worth getting again.
We also got an order of the million dollar bacon 🥓 . Yummy! The coffee is stout, and the fresh juice mixes are refreshing. Our daughter loves the lemon ricotta pancakes.
Absolutely gotta try this place. They can get really busy, so don't be surprised if a party of more that 2 may have to wait a few minutes before seating.

Stoped in here for a quick breakfast and it was delicious! I ordered the works omelet and it was so yummy! It had just the right about of toppings! We also shared the million dollar bacon and it was so prefect with the sweet savory mix! I highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite! With a party of two we only had about a 10 minute wait time, on a Saturday morning at 10:00!

This place was such a pleasant surprise to me!! The menu was just the right size (meaning just the perfect amount of options to choose from), every dish sounded amazing, many healthy and diet conscious items, a juice bar, wonderful brunch cocktails.... the food was every bit as amazing as the descriptions from the menu (with the exception of the million dollar bacon... that was truly a disappointment... over-cooked and not enough syrup at all), everything else was so good, I just can't say enough about it!! And so were the cocktails, especially the cinnamon toast crunch thingy (can't remember the exact name). I will definitely be going again and again. Oh yeah, the prices were so REASONABLE, and the decor was spot on, modern but comfortable. It was quite noisy, but I don't mind that, personally.

We wanted to enjoy brunch on a Sunday morning
and found the perfect spot! To start the hostess was
very welcoming and we got seated right away which
was a surprise since it was so busy! We enjoyed
some delicious morning cocktails that are new to
the menu. Then we had some fall favorites including
a Carmel crunch cinnamon roll and brisket corned
beef hash. The best part of our meal was our server
Stephanie. She was prompt answered all of our
questions and provided suggestions! The food came
out promptly and we enjoyed every bite! Il'd highly
recommend this place for all of your breakfast
wants! We can't wait to come back to try their lunch
options
