Staff can be snotty and rude. I’ve had staff in more than one place ignore me, pretend I wasn’t there or flat out chase me out. I’m guessing I wasn’t wearing enough designer goods to be “worth it”.
Try Roosevelt field. It’s bigger and you’ll get better prices and friendlier staff.

It's a nice mall. It has all you could possibly want to buy. Many good restaurants in all price ranges. Not crowded like they used to be.
I prefer small business shopping but I do like this mall when I need to shop more broadly. I found Soma & Anthropologie to be the most helpful for the things I was looking for. Both shops had wonderful staff.

Average mall. Clean and sunny inside. Not too many stores of interest to me though. Also, not much to offer families, with teens children. This is definitely not a “fun” mall. It draws an older crowd.
Upscale elegant styled mall with a variety of amazing, well established stores and boutique shops makes for the perfect shopping experience. Nothing beats a day at the mall where you can touch, feel, see, and try on the latest in fashion, accessories, checkout the decor, furniture etc. Love buying local. Amazon is overrated!
