Y’all need to stop that old guy from “training basketball players” at the gym. On two separate occasions this week, he’s stopped full court 5 on 5 (that’s 10 paying customers), gotten in people’s faces & physically stopped games.
I brought it up with one employee, then it happened again.
Whomever the manager is, he name dropped you (Mike?). Is it REALLY wise to let this guy name drop you while he’s preventing paying customers from playing full court basketball? He trains his kid at 5:30 in the evening, think maybe the gym is busy?
Embarrassingly bad business practices & even worse, “management” has his back? I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable walking in to play basketball, too expensive, too many options for other gym memberships.

Absolutely horrible customer service I got multiple things stolen in their parking lot. They just didn’t care. They don’t seem like they even wanna work. The lady in the front desk just sits on her phone all day and she was being very unhelpful. She basically told me just go if yourself. I like this gym but the management really sucks.
I dropped my keys in the stairmaster. Wayne who works at the front desk helped me get them out. I felt kind of ridiculous about the situation but he was really professional about it. He reassured me it happens all the time and it wasn't a big deal. Other than that he's generally really nice guy just on a regular basis when I visit this gym.
I moved close to this gym and decided to walk in to get more info. Big Mike made me feel welcome and like I could achieve all my fitness goals. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

I was looking for a place to swim and work out. I was Blessed when I called the Camelback LA Fitness number and I talked to Alberto who was Very Very helpful to this 71year old man that needed help!!!!! He told me of all of my options and I picked the one that really works for me :-)!!!!!! It is a super clean and it has everything that I am looking for plus much more!!!!!!!!! I'm going to go swimming and workout tonight at 8:30 and planning to spend some time also in the sauna :-) If your thinking of working out I highly recommend this Great LA Fitness location to start your new workout regiment. Thanks again, Alberto, for all of your help!! Bill PS. I went in the next day and talked to the Manager over training ( Marilupe ) she was very knowledgeable on all of the training machines. She has also given me options to have a Personal Trainer. My Son and Daughter-in-law use them in Chicago and are really happy to have someone to help them. I hopefully will have Marilupe help me on my journey to better health and happiness!! Bill
My Husband sign us up online for the trial membership.As soon as we got there, we were greeted at the desk, Our check in was super fast with some help from Vanessa. We did our workout , did some hot tub.It was than when Me and my husband didn't hesitate to sign up.for the full membership. Super happy with the quick service from the staff. Excited to be a member.
