Very good place. Brings back childhood memories. Will take my future kids here.
Feels a little long in the tooth, no pun intended, but has most bases covered: swings, jungle gyms, water feature, sand pits, and bathrooms. Plenty of natural shade if you want to get out of the sun for a bit.
My kids loved this place so much we brought them here at least 100 days a year from age 0-5. Wonderful memories.
A really fun park in a great location. The equipment is generally really well taken care of and relatively new, but some of the paint is starting to chip. Will be back!
Located in Riverside Park, basically came here because it was used as a filming location for the 1979 movie The Warriors. This is where they filmed the big meeting with all the gangs. Part of it has now been turned into a children's playground with play equipment, but most of the bridge structure and walkways and railings from 1979 are still there. I even found some old graffiti written on one of the walls.

It was very nice. The sprinklers we're on and my camp kids had a blast. I loved that the water area is seperated from the rest of the playround, because children often times forget that they are not the only ones in the park which means that they have to watch out for others.
