It is beautiful and well-managed.
Like many other DC's venues and large theaters, parking entrance and exit are slow and difficult. If you're going there for a big event, consider extra time.
The sound system is great for theater performances and similar, but not great for music and concerts.
Remember you can't bring any food or beverages. However, there are a few stands where you can buy small snacks , non alcoholic beverages, and mostly alcoholic drinks.
The hall and restrooms were clean.

We came here for a concert to see Leela James. The show was great! Everything from start to finish at Warner Theater ran smoothly. Lines to go through security moved pretty quickly with no issues. The bar had a good selection of drinks and snacks. That line took a little bit but that's to be expected at any event. The bathrooms were clean. The event staff were friendly and helpful also. We'll definitely be back to see other shows.
Even the last row of the balcony seats were okay. I was skeptical that I would be able to enjoy a show from way up there, but I did. However, I wish they will consider getting a big screen.
Loved the whole facility. $ 17.00 event parking. Underground safe parking with access directly to the theater. Loved the nostalgic decor. They have a little lounge if you're really early, drinks and light appetizers. No bad seat from what I saw, and I didn't have to squeeze into the seats if you knew what I mean 😉. The theater is not huge, but I highly recommend it.
Went to see Stuff You Should Know live and overall a good experience. The theater was a lot bigger than I expected so we were seated in the very top area farthest away from the stage. The seats were pretty small and we were a little crammed in there. Lots of drinks available for purchase- a tall beer was about $14. Some snacks available. A parking garage is available on the side of the building. Bathrooms has no lines during the show but long lines afterwards.
Awesome venue, very great old timey feels and in excellent condition. The staff were highly professional and helpful. Personally glad to have finally visited this fantastic venue. Uploading a panoramic photo of the beautiful interior and hoping it doesn't get messed up
An absolutely amazing place to see a show. Snarky Puppy was stellar. The seats were comfortable. The ornate decor was beautiful. I definitely recommend seeing a show at this venue.
Went to see "The Batman In Concert" here, and the venue was everything I hoped for and more.
The ushers were very polite and helpful. They all smiled and were eager to answer any question I had.
The bar was nice, and the bartender was fast. They were getting people in and out of that line with ease. I enjoyed my drink they made me too, and I'm not even a drinker by far.
The ornate moldings and architecture inside were beautiful and elevated our experience.
My wife and I will definitely come back here.
