After a night in a sheep hut just north of Driggs we were ready for some breakfast.

Very welcoming and busy place which required a waited list (understandable for a Saturday morning). After a short time we were provided a seat.

The menu was your classic American - waffles, omelettes and unlimited coffee.

I had the biscuits and gravy which unfortunately wasn’t great. The gravy was loose and biscuits were burnt.

My wife had French toast and enjoyed it so swings and roundables.

Worth going there guys

What a wonderful place to eat breakfast. This was hands down top 3 breakfast restaurants. Staff was great but the food was even better. Must eat if you're in town.

We had a Achiote Chucken sandwich, chicken tortilla soup and a track salad. Very good food! Highly recommend! We'll be back.

The Provision Kitchen has the best Benedicts I've ever had. Going in to check in was slightly busy due to their popularity with the locals but I was able to get a table within 10 minutes. Upon entering the building you are greeted with kind faces and decor you won't find in any other restaurant. My order was a Philly "Benny" Benedict which came with 2 Benedicts containing sliced beef, peppers, and onions. Every Benny order comes with your choice of home fries or hash browns. I also heard that the French toast is the best you'll eat. No greater truth has been declared. I wholly recommend anybody who is a fanatic of French toast or can't decide between the other sweet treats, go with the French toast. This restaurant impressed me so much that I had visited the next day to eat another breakfast which was the Country fried steak. It came with two eggs and home fries. The steak was smothered in gravy that cannot be beaten. I want to visit this restaurant more in the future because everything was a delight and has touched my soul. 10/10 would come again.

Local dining at its best! No fast chain here. Super friendly staff and the Bison burger was the best ever had! I've ate bison from North Carolina, Texas and Oklahoma, this was far the best! Wish I would have taken pictures of my sandwich but 1 bite in ans I was fully committed to finish it. Make sure to visit these small local places. It's the heart of America that makes it so great!

Great place for breakfast- expect a small wait on the weekends but nothing crazy. Food is excellent, service was good. Would highly recommend the omelets.

Awesome little diner with some of the best omelette and French toast I’ve ever had. Seriously, this is better than half of the diners I’ve ate at in NYC. The pricing is fair and the inside is well kept.

Service could be slower during rush hours but it’s understandable.

Must try if you’re in Driggs.

Most restaurants in Teton Valley charge 20% auto gratuity on takeout orders. But Provision only charge 10% which I think is fair.
