Genesis Comics and Games

First class people in a first class establishment and the premier place IMO to get your mtg/pokemon singles. Fair trade offers on any in demand singles and the space is always very clean. Bill, the owner, is welcoming and accommodating and his staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, and many can offer insight to what you may need since they play the games themselves! Highly recommended!!

A great place to buy and sell comics and trading cards. Their tournaments on Fridays are great! Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Resfreshments are available too :)

The young men behind the counter were very nice in helping me pick out the perfect Pokemon gifts for my nephews for Hanukkah . Thank you guys!

Beat of the best!!
Staff is always helpful & patient & looks out for customers, especially the students. Prices are fair. Game nights are fun.

Visited for the first time to play commander on Saturday as I was told it was their casual night. The atmosphere was clean and the staff and other players were friendly. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning.

Even though it was explained that Saturday was the more casual night for commander it still was relatively competitive as they operate it in a tournament style so if you're a newer player with a precon, it's gonna be a bit more challenging as people are playing for prizes and the entry fee doesn't at least get you a pack like other stores, plus one of the employees kept mentioning something about the fee being a minimum purchase which was weird like they were trying to compel me to spend more even though i already bought some boosters.

The second reason for the low score is that while the space is clean, it's rather tight and makes it difficult to move around in between games. There isnt a lot of space between the counter display cases and the tables.

The last reason for the 3 star review is because of the prices of the products. Some items were on par for prices but others I saw marked up as much as $20+ compared to online retailers.

Popped in there to get some Pokémon cards with my son.
Both workers in there this morning were awesome and entertained my son's Pokémon questions.
They led him to a choice in cards that made his day. They know their Pokémon for sure.
Clean, presentable, great service. Will definitely be back.

I came here with my wife and child not knowing what to expect exactly but my child has started to enjoy yugioh and they had single cards and sets. In neat packs priced very fair. The worker was very helpful (took time to pause what he was doing and really help us) and kind if you enjoy card games you should shop here. It was a pleasant experience. Very fairly priced!

Clean. Organized. Friendly.

A well rounded hobby shop with friendly staff who are knowledgeable in their trade. The display case is well organized, and their prices are reasonable. The bulk of their product upfront, and in the display case is Magic the Gathering, so if that's your hobby of choice you'll be pleased with what they have to offer.

Single cards are found quickly by the staff since they have everything within a searchable database. Gone are the days of waiting for the clerk to flip through pages upon pages of multiple binders. Quick results.

The back offers a small playing area, around 4 or 5 tables. Good for a small groups of friends looking to meet up for a few rounds of play.

overall, nice shop
