We stumbled upon Holy Cross Church by accident during our visit to Portland last winter, and we were simply amazed by this architectural gem, we cannot believe this place isn't more widely celebrated. This stunning building left us in awe.
We initially came to visit the library on the other side of the street, but as soon as we laid eyes on Holy Cross Church, we were speechless. Its beauty and boldness make an unforgettable statement about resurrection.
The architecture speaks volumes, conveying a sense of reverence and grandeur.
We were truly amazed and can't wait to return the next time we're in Portland and hope we can sneak in to see it from the inside..

Attended my Aunt's funeral. The woman singing was incredible. Thank you to everyone there that made a sad day very comfortable.
Wonderful
Am so glad this ⛪️ Church was here in 1970s too when I grew up, just across street from main branch library 📚.
Beautiful church and the monsignor is especially nice! Plus its air conditioned!
Yahweh aka EL would be proud
