This place is a strange. The main terminal is trying to go for an up-market feel with luxury brands in the main section, but go around the corner, just behind the luxury brands and it’s like a third-world country. Staff ensure everyone knows they have a walkie-talkie as they’ve got them so loud they’d like everyone to know they are important. I have no idea why they wouldn’t wear earpieces to retain a pleasant atmosphere for passengers. You’ve also got cleaners crushing cans with their feet before putting them into the bin. I’ve been to airports all over the world, and I’ve never, ever seen people crushing cans with their feet. Welcome to the most prosperous country in the world, apparently!
Not to mention the constant announcements for lost or missing passengers. Other international airports have taken an announcement free policy to make the experience more pleasant for most passengers.

I travel a lot and LAX and Tom Bradley are top worst of Air port ever visited, staff are rude and careless, they think they own the place and their job is to make passenger misrebale and uncomfortable. Pick up and drop off is disaster and parking structure is stupid and complicated and pure rip off. I think on purpose they open farther parking then this way they can push people for their rip off valet parking. I regretted every time I go there.
It is great to see the hard work of the wonderful police in the speed of running vehicles, the organization is amazing . There is a place and a means of transportation to get an Uber service, and parking spaces are available every where.
Lousy options to eat ! Food court is 3 places or soggy sandwiches at Pret! Honestly just a giant FU to a passenger population paying big bucks to travel internationally! Maybe they think we are all looking forward to airplane food?!?
Very nice agents the days we traveled. Very helpful and got us through TSA checkpoint in a timely manner. Very clean and organized. Gate agents at American were friendly and patient even with the current virus scare and nervous travelers.
Arrival area was super crowded, immigration was outrageous. The worker at this place wasn’t nice to visitors and especially to Hispanic people which made me heartbroken! I would appreciate if everyone can just be open and friendly to all and to not judge book by its cover as it isn’t fair to all...
Tom Bradley International Terminal referred to as Terminal B includes 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, which has an airside connection. Newly renovated, plenty of dining and shopping options to help pass time, also has an art exhibit. From my experience going through TSA at TB, seems to move fairly faster than domestic, even without TSA Precheck.
