Boost Mobile

Excellent customers service. Not a long wait time. Was in and out in under 15 mins. Needed a new Sim card for my new phone. Everything was set up in the store. Excellent pricing.

Very good customer service at the location I was at today due to this young man really helped me a lot with my phone he's very good Nelson Mr Nelson

I got some keys made very quickly in Boost Mobile, and the customer service was awesome.

These guys helped me with a prepaid Sim. As an overseas traveller, you can't really survive without one nowadays. The service was super excellent and helpful.

Okay, the guys were funny and friendly, and also very helpful. I went in to purchase an iPhone for someone close. The reviews were great so I took a chance. I found a nice iPhone for an excellent price ($99 as it says on the door), but I have 1.5 major gripes.

1) My guy gave myself and another woman the EXACT SAME PHONE NUMBER. I was in my office one day and wondering why my phone wasn't ringing, so I called and it didn't ring. 90 seconds later a young lady says she has the same number, and she got her phone on Friday also. I mean for what I paid I could've ordered a later model online but she was impatient. The phone is excellent though.

.5) A minor clerical error that can be corrected with a phone call.

If i want a very nice phone with better customer service check them out.

Fantastic people, they go above and beyond to help. Boost Mobile at 820 H St. Ne is the best store with knowledgeable staff.

i had a great experience today. i came for a new phone and got exactly what i wanted and GREAT excellent customer service! Mario was the one who rang me up and he also made sure everything was correct and on my phone before i left. i definitely recommend this Boost Mobile store

Mario & Julio were super helpful with working with restoring my phone. There were some connection issues that we faced, and they worked consistently and diligently till the issues were resolved. While I had to wait in the store for another phone provider for over an hour; Mario & Julio were very professional and supportive. Thank you guys very much! Keep up the good work.
