Nice location..well maintained
Very beautiful building and the concierge for Fried Frank and concierge opposite of the fire command station were very friendly and helpful.
Office complex that has a good food court underneath it and amenities such as a fitness center and much more
I saw my podiatrist here on the bottom level. I wish the signage or directory of stores was laid out better.
This place has some nice restaurants like Chipotle, Chopped etc at the basement area. Has the beautiful view of NY downtown waterfront, battery park, Statue of Liberty..
I've parked at One New York Plaza and the experience in and out of the building is phenomenal. The building is immaculate, the staff are very polite, and they are helpful in assisting you find your way around within the building and around town if asked. Nice!!!
Nice cute ice-cream van sits here in the summer, good view point for this building.
One New York Plaza has underground food shops, Naya FiDi, Playa Bowls, Caponne’s, Starbuck’s, Chipotle and Chopt. However, all are temporarily closed except Naya FiDi. There’s security on the floor and open on weekdays only.
