Avoid on weekends! While this garage is close to the Spy Museum and reasonably priced, it’s almost entirely locked down for pedestrian exit/return on weekends.

After you enter with your vehicle on weekends, the only way out is to walk out via car access(same for return back to your vehicle). This is less than ideal because there are no pedestrian walking zones and you’re just using the same access as the cars that are coming in and out.

All of this is compounded into an extremely frustrating experience because this garage does not have any signage to explain this or set expectations for the situation. As you can imagine, it’s easy to feel like you’re stuck in the garage and might be locked in when you try to use the stairwell and have to back track.

We found out this the hard way attempting to use this garage to go to the spy museum on a Saturday afternoon. Also, if you’ve parked multiple levels down, it’s a long walk to get up and out of the garage, all stairwells and access to elevators are closed. Don’t expect to use them to get in or out. Just park at the recommended Spy Museum and pay the extra money.

5'10" max height. Forget it if anything higher. Our Nissan Armada was too big.

Used the facility two days in a row. The attendant was cheerful and nice, plenty of parking, facility was nice and clean with easy street access. Would use again. $22/day if over 4-5 hours.

You have to leave your keys with the attendant to park here. The attendant asked what time we'd be back, and we told him 7-8pm, and he said okay, then took our keys. We got back at the end of our day, paid for parking, but when we went to get our car, the attendance had left. They closed at 6pm, and he didn't bother telling us! It took us about half an hour to get someone on the phone (none of the managers answered, most didn't even have their cellphone one), and the dispatch didn't pick up until the 7th of 8th time we called. It took another half an hour for someone to get to the garage. The woman on the phone and the man that eventually came to give us our key back were friendly. When we tried to get out, our paid parking ticket had exceeded the 10 minute limit, and we had to pay again, even though we already paid for the full day. Terrible end to an otherwise good day of vacation. Would not recommend.

Parking spots were small and a bit tight. Most spots are reserved and you’re left with those stacked spots where cars are stacked infront of each other and you have to leave the keys with the attendant to move cars around. But the attendant duty finishes at 6 so if you come back later than that you can’t get your keys.
Also if you come back after 6 all elevators and doors are closed so you have to use the car ramp to go down to your car.
Price was 22$ for the whole day and if you stay beyond 7 pm is 44$. I don’t know how this price compares to other parking garages.
Also ceiling is way too low so if you’re over 6ft you may wanna watch your head.

Confusing parking, elevators are locked and when you go up the stairs you’re greeted to a security guard. The security guard will yell and scream at you giving you vague details. When he says up the stairs and out the door he doesn’t mean the revolving doors but rather a door behind some pillars off to the side. He won’t tell you exactly where it is nor walk up and show you but rather scream at you “door on right” until you find it. If you can’t remain calm and give clear instructions you shouldn’t be a security guard. Parking was an affordable rate.

Garage is maintained well from a facilities standpoint but is lacking from a management standpoint. When you park your car all the doors to the elevators are locked. Patrons are forced to either walk back up the vehicle ramp or use the stairs (surely not ADA compliant). When we let the guard know about this issue she basically didn’t care. When returning to the garage you basically have to walk down the vehicle ramp.

The manager Dawit Abeje charged us $8 because we went pass the 10 minute window even though we turned around and had to wait behind 2 cars to exit. The girl told us they close the gates at 7pm and we still had our clocks set to central time since we were visiting from TX. He was very rude with us and the girl working the window.
