Nice clean and green spot to see Bali Hai Pier from a few meters above. Good view. Parking is available for 8-10 cars.
Great spot to check out scenic panoramic view of pattaya. Note there’s a nice cafe here where you can sip your coffee or have some pastries while enjoying the view here.
Unfortunately there is a newly built condo nearby, which was unfinished due to the legal dispute and not yet demolished, and it’s blocking the view. Nobody knows what will happen to this condo.
Not far from the observation point, there is a dock where you can buy tickets and park your car so you can ride the ferry to Koh Larn island. There is so much noises going on related to the ferry around there.

It's a great view of the entire beach area. There's parking here. There's a little cafeteria for snacks. A playground for children. A washroom (cost is 5 Thai baht, so bring change or buy at the canteen). Wonderful views. You walk a bit further, and you'll come to the giant PATTAYA CITY sign that lights up each night (think HOLLYWOOD). It must be really spectacular at dusk or nighttime with all the city lights!
Great view, clean. Good parking for big motorcycles. Used it for a photo op. There are no restrooms, and it's free. Zero food.
Not very busy. Nice place to sit and chill. If you are lucky, the ice cream vendor might be there. Take the opportunity to have rice and ice cream in a bread bun. Sounds weird but I was pleasantly surprised.
Worth to visit. Amazing view but very hot when the time we went. Free parking. There are also food and drink stall and sitting area to enjoy the amazing Pattaya view:) highly recommended 👍😊
The place with the lighthouse. Not sure if it ever was a working lighthouse. The door is closed. Not possible to get to the top. Nice view on Bali Hai Pier and Ko Larn. Locals like this place for fishing. Last visit | 27. JANUARY 2023
