Good price for a crowded place such as Columbia Heights.
No enforcement of park-ins or park jobs that block you in, a complete lack of security so people sleep on the stairs and around cars. Convenient though
Convenient location, covered spots, had local business validate parking.
Secure and lot of parking over giant
Moved my daughter to DC for grad school. Colonial saved the day with oversized parking on the top deck. Our rental cargo van needed taller clearance than most garages offered. Overnight parking was affordable, and just a short walk to her new apartment.
Clean, easy to navigate the parking garage and payment was quick. No issue besides finding the place. The entrance is easy to miss if it's on your right.
