Fram monument made the experience as easy as possible. They were extremely nice, quick to take care of the monument, and very compassionate. I highly recommend them.
When I first walked in I was met by an amazing beautiful lady Mrs. Bonnie ! She is AMAZING ! She made me feel welcomed she was great to converse with and made me feel like I was talking to a real person not just someone that wanted my money . Next I delt with Isaac he is amazing he took his time explaining the process allowed me to pre pay ( he was so awesome I walked away with 2 headstones ) they don’t even get commission but the way he took his time was so heart warming thank you all so much for your patience and time and not looking at me as a dollar amount ! They all really care about the process not your $$$$$ thank you Issac and Bonnie I hope every customer has an amazing experience like I did today
Wish I could give 10 stars. I'm blown away by the service I received. Issac took care of me and was truly exceptional. Everything, the quality, price, communication, guidance and care. Top notch. Thank you for helping me honor my father and making it so perfect.
The memorial we purchased for our Mom exceeded our expectations. It is so beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to Niv and his team--Mel, Leonisha, and his installer (Mark Hyatt & team), the memorial turned out perfectly. They were all so professional and pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend Fram for your memorial needs.
I contacted Fram for a marker requesting a quick turnaround time ahead of the first anniversary of my father‘s passing. They were extremely responsive and helpful, and created a beautiful memorial for him far more quickly than I had been led to expect by the third parties who had referred me. Dealing with Steve was a pleasure and I am pleased to be able to mark the anniversary with the marker in place in just a few weeks now. Great service, and the marker was beautifully and carefully done. Thank you Steve and everyone at Fram.
From start to finish Fram Monument made this process so easy and seamless. From the pricing to the marker options to the customer service. Mr. Steve Venick was always available and very responsive. He made me feel like my loved one mattered to him and he was extremely accommodating and patient with me and all my questions. Of course I don’t desire to have to use them again anytime soon… But if I had to I would certainly return to Fram Monument!

I've worked with Steve twice to create memorable headstones for my uncle and my brother. The work of Fram Monument exceptional, both times Steve did everything in his power to make sure that we had our stones perfect. I would recommend them anyone anytime, I was never disappointed with the quality of their work.
