Love the (Min Hun Kueh) pan mee laksa. The curry laksa soup with basil leaves. Best laksa in JB town.
Jenny Tan
The laksa tastes like a hybrid between laksa and curry mee. Rather filling portion despite ordering the smallest size at RM10, especially with the huge shrimp/veggie fritter. The shop is run by an elderly couple with their helpers.

In an old school coffeeshop facing a busy main road that most buses from JB sentral ply, it is a short 5 min walk from bus stop opposite Pelangi mall.

Very delicious laksa! One of my favorite laksa in JB! Also must try their crispy 菜饼

Laksa gravy is rich and flavourful, closer to Singapore style but not as heavy. Cockles are fresh. Order some yong tau foo to soak up the gravy.

Kopitiam can get a little hot and stuffy.

Ordered rm10 small size laksa. Boss not stingy, full of ingredients like pump & juicy cockles, Tau kee, Tau pok, Tau geh, Tau hu.
Ordered extra fritter (rm2), a bit oily but nice with crispy edges and fluffy core.
Ice coffee (rm3) not bad, bitter taste

Disappointed with the taste and service, after read such a high review, I come with a high expectation. I went in the shop, ordered a tea o with an uncle, he refused to take my laksa order, I have to walk over to tell the aunty, (maybe 2 owner)… after finished I ask the aunty standing at my back to collect fee. Laksa rm10 tea o rm1.80 written on the board clearly, she collected rm12 from me, she collected together, (uncle aunty are 1 owner)…. Really taste is so so, fee at a high side, not recommended.

Best curry laksa in Johor. Food is rich in flavour and price is reasonable. Despite the peak lunch hour, their service is also fast and waitress are attentive as well. Will definitely come back for a bowl of delicious curry laksa.

Definitely worth coming to this restoran to have this wonderful laksa & veg cake. Highly recommended.
