First time trying African cuisine, all food we ordered was very rich in flavour and the main dish portions are really good. Lamb shank is a must try, super tender and flavourful. Great service and staff. Had the pleasure of meeting Chef Amira who was very sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend this place
Very nice place to have dinner. Food was excellent and very different. The restaurant offers food from various different African countries. Mr Adel and Mr Hamdy were very attentive and even gave us a free dessert.
The food is super nice, we tried an African cocktail (tequila with coconut milk) that was also amazing.
All the waitress were really friendly but I think maybe they could be a tiny bit more attentive ( just to have something that can be improved on the review 😉).
There is a pretty cat also in the restaurant.
Price are more European standard than Egyptian, as in most of el gouna — 62€ for 2 people.

Great food! We had a nice dinner there consisting of the chicken lollipop starter and some beef and duck Zulu buns (vetkoek). They were all great. For dessert, we got the malva pudding, definitely recommend!
An overall delightful experience!
The owner and staff were very professional, very nice & helpful. The atmosphere is vibrant yet not overwhelming.
The food was very tasty and the portions are big. The lamb shank and the South African steak are a must try. I really enjoyed the food and the experience.

Arrived to this restaurant with high expectations, but overall experience was average. The menu is rich. It includes popular dishes from around Africa. Food presentation was definitely good, but couple of dishes arrived cold and lacked the proper spices. We had some good drinks and others not that good. It was a busy day so maybe the restaurant was under staffed
Exceptional food and service.
We randomly picked the place for dinner and the food was so good that we came back for the second time. Highly recommend trying the South African beef fillet, it was the reason to come back for more! Other dishes were very good too, and the service was very nice. They also have a cat living there, so adorable.
