The Colony

Very good dentist

Front desk Jose M is very unprofessional. He does not show great customer service. He has a temper and very rude to guests/visitors.

My experience about The Colony in Fort Lee are pretty good. My grandma and grandpa now live at the Colony since 2021 and they love it. We sometimes visit them at their apartment for weekends and holidays. Everything at the Colony is fantastic when you visit family and friends.

Doorman was very accommodating and helpful the front desk was just as kind. The building was very well kept.

Lovely building. Great pools and exercise room. Helpful staff.

The staff is amazingly gracious and helpful. The facility is kept spotless, and the entire staff truly cares about the residents. In my opinion, it is, if not the best, or one of the best places to live in Fort Lee.

Oh yea this High Rise apt complex is very EXCLUSIVE. Kept in top Shae at all times the WOMEN THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY NICE. THE VERY UNPERSONABLE PERSON DOING THE PULLING OF THE TEETH . IVE SEEN FISH WITH A BETTER ATTITUDE. What more important is the people that work in there offices. Now I know for a fact that the person that pulled my tooth was actually have to work on this one 🙃 if you drink to much milk your TEETH BECOME CALCIFIED that's not good for anyone trying to pull then out

I have lived in many full service doorman buildings in the City with every amenity
Yesterday I Went to look at an apt at the Colony
The building looks great from the out side and they have many amenities which I did not bother to look at
As I was so turned off by the behavior
Of the head door man and his outside
Stiff
I arrived 30 min prior to my appointment and asked where I could
Park, I was directed to some spots with 20 min limit all of the parking was taken. contractors were in some of spots even though there was a parking lot for contractors after 30 min of driving round my appointment
Was in a min time
I went back to door and told doorman I was just going in to tell head door man I was here but having trouble finding parking

I introduced my self and told him I was here to see 22D I'm on the list
Rude does not even cover his responses
Add dense with a touch of a power trip

Ivan heads up you are just a door man
No great intelligence needed just some common sense and some manners
Your building is not as great as you think and nor are you

To the colony there are many many buildings popping up in Ft Lee
That surpass your building
Thank you for showing me that your building is not as great as you think before I made the mistake of moving in
