Very nice small park by the water and the old Grist Mill (you can't go in, but very cool to look at from the outside). There is a small gazebo and some benches along the water to sit. There isn't much shade so I can imagine the workout circuit can be very hot during the summer, but it is a neat concept. Many of the machines seemed functional but had very limited range of motion and relied on just gravity or individual body weight, no additional resistance. Some of them I couldn't use since the minimum extension was already my full extension, so you would have to use a machine that works with your height. There is a sign that says you should be over 14 to use the equipment. There's a playground, a pool, basketball court, and a sports field. It's a small space compared to some other parks, but they use it very effectively. Great place in a quiet neighborhood.

A relaxing place for adults and kids! Especially sitting by the water.
A great place to bring the kids with lots of playground features especially for the really little kids (toddler to pre-teen). It is also a great meeting place for senior citizens who want to relax in the sun and air with plenty of bench and sitting areas. Located in the heart of Great Neck it's a wonderful place where you needn't spend money.

Looks more like a community center type setting to me than an actual park. They have excercise machines and a pool. The view of the lake or whatever that body of water is is just spectacular. Worth spending an afternoon there exercising and lake watching.

Awesome outdoor workout gear has been installed! What a bonus for the community! My kids love it and, B"H, it should contribute to them having positive self-image and good attitudes about working out as they navigate the treacherous teenage years.
