Went there for the veterans winter stand down. They give veterans everything for Thanksgiving turkey or ham. You get a new coat and underwear socks and boots if they have your size. I almost forgot they give a lot of can goods. What a blessed day ⚓️
Went there for a Father's day celebration and it's a very nice clean park. I will go back.
Great park the best time to go there is early morning with when there is no kids around. I love going there with my 7 month old at that time. There is so much to do there.
Park has some construction work happening. Nice playground and tennis courts.
Park closes at 7:00pm the grounds keepers hover around to make sure you don't stay there second longer.not enough garbage cans around the picnic area. Though clean, the bathrooms need better attention, nice area easy access from the train station. Could do more with the space there
Baseball field, basketball park, kids play area, kiddies swings, room for soccer and a batting cage. A few areas to bike ride light automatically comes on at around 830 PM @ nights. Cool place, parking is available also.
Didn't go into the park but met my nephew there to give him something. EXTREMELY well lit...so well in fact when I returned in my dk blue JEEP mins later to meet my brother, my nephew saw me and walked back to my car! 10:30 at night, Bball courts looked like daylight! Low marks for not seeing security/police presence : \... 3.5 stars
Nice clean park , BBQ area , Basketball courts...I take my granddaughter there mostly Tues n Weds and it seems fine but both my older children warmed me the park os no good and lots of bad stuff goes on there. I am now informed so I will not be going to that park anymore.
