Very unorganized and unprofessional. Reminded me of why I always go to bk. Staff is rude. Would not recommend going here unless you have all day to spare.
Clean moves quickly but still best to do it on-line
The supervisor I'm the picture was extremely unprofessional and rude to each client I personally seen her call its ridiculous in there with no structure what so ever! The customer service sucks and the female officer is just as ghetto and rude with no customer service empathy

Worked here b4 I had my kids..
Horrible customer service . They weren’t helpful the staff are very rude and sarcastic . Barley any computers work and get stuck while doing the application. The staff don’t know any information to help you with any questions you have. Horrible I wouldn’t recommend coming here better off applying on your own or calling customer service to help you.
This place is okay considering it is a New York City facility. If you are able to get there when it is not so crowded it is at least bearable. The problem is that the HRA is giving inaccurate information by saying that no SNAP cases will be closed in the months of December of 2021 and January and February of 2022 because that is not true. They also do not tell you that mailing in your recertification or faxing your recertification will not work and the only way to recertify is by a telephone call when they call you. The problem with that is there are so many scam and fake calls that you never know if the call you're receiving is a legitimate call that you should answer. If you don't answer because you think it's a scam call then your case will be closed and you have to reapply all over again. This system needs to be fixed to prevent people from losing their benefits needlessly and having to go through the process all over again. This only makes additional work for the workers and much frustration for the recipients. It is a prime example of a bungling bureaucracy which needs improvement.
The agents (both in house and through their phone services/recerts) for this center fabricate false information about their applicants, and refuse to follow federal mandates. They send out multiple notices with infractions and with multiple case and notice numbers, so to confuse and mix up the communication between federal government and applicants so that it becomes hard to hold them responsible for not serving the public and not supplying citizens who need the help, the help they are entrusted by the state to offer its residents. In result costing applicant's loss work and time due to jumping through countless hoops and chasing after and correcting intentional barricades to the public seeking that extra bit of help.
