The station is oddly arranged, but well done. Some structure needs to be maintained here. There is a hallway that connects the exits/entrances, although homeless usually sleep here. The mosaic of a skyline is cool when looking down at the platforms. This is an accessible station!
I like this station. On the weekends, it's quiet and it's pretty clean. No smells to offend you. It's a transfer station for me every other weekend. Wish they all were this nice though
The subway is another major hub in the area with the E, M, & R trains available in the station in addition to the many bus lines at street level. It's a clean and recently renovated station.
Very clean subway with easy access to the M/R/E trains. The trains run very fast also (every 4 mins).
This is my second purchase from Major World! I arrived with all the excitement. Anthony made it very easy by finding out what was avail to me and what I wanted in a car. Thank you Major World I LOVE my 2019 dodge Caravan. You guys are the best!
This station has the information kiosk which is pretty helpful and handy to know exactly how far the train is. With express and local service provided by the E, M and R lines, this stop provides quite a few options and trains come here fast. Newsstands are available on both platforms and also at the token booth level. Elevators are located at several parts of the station, from street level to platform, making this station disabled-friendly.
This station is great and mostly serves the underground trains: E, M, and R. The only problem I have, and it's for the nta, is them not making commuters at this station to transfer to the OTHER TRAIN LINES. It's dumb to having to wait to go into Manhattan to transfer to other trains such as the F, or 7, or W. People would have to pay $2.75 to enter the other stations if they want to hop on another train! MTA should make one big transportation hub for all trains. Overall, it's a pretty average station.
I like this area, but you should not take the (R) the Curve Is long and loud.
