Its a shame always being watch I feel uncomfortable shopping at this store. I will never shop there again and very sad.

This is one of the worst beauty supplies in Baltimore and maybe that's why it's in a deplorable area. Sadly they have everything but the owners are ridiculous. Why would you state your business closes at 8pm but you lock up at 7:50pm. Businesses like these need to be boycotted.
My shopping experience was very poor the store is very huge and they have minimal staff on the sales for helping you and the staff they do have are very unfriendly and do not have knowledge of products in the store they have two staff at the front.door that scowled they face when asked the sizing of the clothes they sell as a screct shopper I give this store.a 2.rate because they made my shopping experience uncomfortable
I didnt feel comfortable in this store at all. If you are person of color they will watch you as if you are a criminal. I’ve lived in Columbia for quite some time and I have NEVER experienced blatant racism in my community! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
So glad I found this BSS. It's huge and has everything you want for hair and beauty. Well lit, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are somewhat reasonable and what you'd expect. The inventory is massive. Will definitely frequent this location going forward.
It’s a very large store with so many different selections of all different types of hair in styles but the staff in the back act like if you’re bothering them to purchase wigs or hair products!!! They have to realize we are spending Our money in their store so if they want the money They need to get better with their customer service..
I love this store. I’m always able to find everything I need. They have a great selection of products. Staff are friendly and helpful. & it’s always neat and clean. I definitely recommend.
