I have been coming here for 4 years I really love the manger she's amazing very sweet her son is as well my kids love coming I know there going out out business I'm very sad about that ❤️

Great serive! Have a wide variety of beauty supplies in a small location. The prices are fairly reasonable. I go here to get my favorite shampoo (Doo Gro). Highly recommend you come visit. You def will leave with something.
Called the store and told them I was on my way and I pushing it before they closed I got there at 6:58pm and the store closes at 7pm. I would never shop there again. I just got off of work and explained them the situation. You close early? & your a business?????? Nah
This is my 1st. visit since they moved from the other side of the street. They continue to have a large variety of hair items & products @ a reasonable price. I was very happy with my purchases.
They treat me like a customer and not a criminal. I got greeted as soon as I hit the door and they didn’t follow me around the whole time. I love that when I need they assistance they politely helped me with getting my products. This will be my go to store for now on.
I came to the store 15 minutes before closing and the doors where already locked. The women at the register pretended not to see me standing there. This would have been my first time visiting the store. About 10 minutes before closing another woman pulled up and experienced the same thing. Terrible customer service. Hopkins beauty could have been my saved me during a time of need and could have been my go to beauty supply especially considering Mimi's beauty supply in the north wood shopping center is closing at the end of the month. You just lost one!
Ive been overcharged on last 3 visits. Charhed for stuff I NEVER EVEN GOT&& charged 3TIMES FOR 1 EYESHADOW!!!!! Probably cuz I buy a decent amnt they think I Dont check or KNOW WHAT IM SPENDING.....WRONG!!!! Soto me thats STEALING...HOW MANY OTHERS GOT RIPPED OFF& NEVER NOTICED INCLUDING MYSELF IN PAST VISITS
