Comically rude employees at this branch. Tried to return a couple items; saleswoman refused to take the shirt, saying that it had been worn and smelled of body odor, which obviously wasn't the case. The tags were still on the items, and the shirt was see through, so the tag would have been clearly visible if I had worn it while out and about. Manager comes over and says they won't take the pants either, since those have also been worn, then lies and says they didn't say any of those things.

I later returned the items at the Bleecker location, where, unsurprisingly, no one said anything about a smell. I see from other reviews that other customers have been refused returns by employees complaining the clothing smells of tacos, etc. Seems like they're too lazy to do their jobs, so they make up some vaguely racist excuse why they won't accept items. idk why anyone would shop at a brand that hires such low-class people.

If you shop here definitely take a photo of your receipts - they have no digital system (or so they say) and don't do store credit. Disappointing for a high end store in 2023

Even as a Caucasian I was totally ignored. The customer service in this store is really bad, has been for a while actually. It was so nice to go across the street where they were super welcoming and supportive. Still really like the brand but the embroidery around the edge of the top I got yesterday is already breaking up. So sad. It’s a lovely top.

At this point I'm honestly just going to take my business elsewhere. Replenishing my suit wardrobe this spring, and needed to return a size, so I dropped the jacket off at the West Broadway location. 3 weeks after I still have not received a return confirmation, no refund, and no reply after sending multiple emails to the store. To top it off, both the store phone and the customer service line only has a busy signal, and nobody answers the live chat. I'm now trying to reach them on instagram. I cannot believe I have to chase a return down like this... So disappointing,

Been to this place a few times. As a person of color, I get ignored by the staff during all the store visits. It was becoming obvious when Caucasian customers would walk in after me but they got greeted and help almost right away. I love the brand after finding it in London, but this location has now turned me away for good.

Shopping during quarantine has been addictive and this Reiss location has not made it easy on me. The clothing is one thing but the excellent service from that sales team is makes spending my $$ so justifiable. I have another location 15 mins away from work uptown, but I'll always go out of my way to visit this one.

Let me start by saying that I love Reiss clothing, and there is literally no competition when it comes to comfortable, wearable, quality clothes. Reiss clothes make up close to 60% of my wardrobe (so much so that my girlfriend thinks everything I own looks exactly the same) With that being said, the following review has nothing to do with Reiss as a brand, but Reiss soho. : I walked in to take a look at some accessories and possibly a couple suits, the employees there literally ignored me and practically left me to navigate their inventory. Once I was done shopping the one cashier noticed a line, and casually chatted away, while the other one(who wasn't ringing) gave me a side eye. To cap it all off, when it was finally my turn to pay for my items, one of the cashiers called up a man behind me in line to pay for his items, simply because he was in a hurry. Needless to say, I left without the items, and didn't inquire about help finding my blazer. I will never visit Reiss soho again, and if you expect good customer service, neither should you.

The clothing is not overpriced for the quality. Styles are always fashionable and in season. Sales associates are friendly, helpful, and willing to bring more colors or sizes should you require them. Plus, the store is very well organized making finding your newest piece easy. Can I spend $200 on a dress every day? No, but when I need something nice and fast, I always go to Reiss.
