Firstly, I applied for an Umrah visa. They replied by email that I had to apply for a tourist visa, so I did. Both times, I could see my application status was "Sent to the Representative Office." However, there was no option to proceed. Then, I called them over 170 times in a week, but they did not answer even once.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called multiple times with different phones and got hung up on every single time. When my uncle was having issues with his visa, he was told to email or come in. They never answered his email and when he went in they did not allow him to go inside. Rude staff and very unprofessional. Trying to get something fixed on an e-visa, but they do not answer the phone. Is there anything else I can do?

I absolutely have no idea how this place works. Went in person to get the tourist visa on a Thursday and they are randomly closed on that day for no reason. Not even mentioned on the website or anywhere. They just close whenever they feel like. We take days off to go on a weekday. Its a waste.

YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS LOL.

1) I called to ask for what will be required for a Saudi Visa for a green card holder, and they said they don't know and hung up.
2) I went to ask about more information and they said I can email "them" and when I asked for the email address the staff told me to Google it lmao.
3) I show up in person with all the documents and they told me to bring other documents I needed but apparently they never knew what documents I need to bring to begin with??

These people and even those running Saudi will suffer, they will not be at peace when they face Allah.

If this was something for Americans to use for help, Americans wouldve recked them, but U.S. passport holders wont need to set foot in this trash building.

Called 3 times right now and can't reach anyone (rings so many times then get hung up). It's 3:30-3:40pm. Online says open until 4pm. Please either ensure that the employees are not hanging up or update the timing so those calling can know what time the office is open. Shukran.

I came in for a civil matter and Mr. Bilal Al-Ansari handled my case with a high degree of diligence, professionalism, and dedication that made the whole experience an absolute delight.

Staff are ignorant of their own kingdom. I had to wait behind a nice man trying to help his minor daughter. He was given the run-around and told to go make photocopies down the street. Saudi Arabia is one of the richest kingdoms on the planet- that employee should have made the copies his damn self using consulate equipment!

If you have all the required documents, the process is smooth at the consulate. The people are cooperative as well. I did not have any negative experience over there
