Had to return some items to Amazon and was advised on best way to package my items since the return was for packaged items, which is a new request from Amazon. Have not had to do this before. The lady who helped me was friendly and very helpful. I am happy that we have this store in Mercer Island.
Great customer service at the UPS store on N. 7th St., Brooklyn 11211. The customer care agents who service the store are excellent —-they are friendly, kind knowledgeable, and have good humor. It is a pleasure going in there as they are most helpful 5+ stars to the store and especially the gentleman.
I was able to have all my shipping needs met. The store representatives were helpful and thorough when explaining the transaction and shipping details. Very easy process overall no hassle

I came in to print out a label, and these guys were awesome; they were incredibly quick and efficient, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. I came in at a busy time with a huge line, but that line melted in less than five minutes because of how quick they operated. 10/10 experience.
They are very good. Gets the job done and have good customer service. I’m there almost every other day. Make my life much easier.
