Pandora

Berenice helped me and my mom about a week ago and she was helpful but I don’t appreciate her offering people to get the credit card TELLING THEM THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THEIR CREDIT AT ALL! Just because she wants to make a stupid sale and commission. I asked her twice if it will affect my credit and she said oh no this is completely separate from the banks and we don’t report to any credit bureaus which I should’ve known was a lie!

They have the worst customer service. They are always short-staffed, even though they moved to a bigger location in Brea Mall. On Friday, the manager had customers wait in line even though only 2 customers were inside. I waited 10 minutes in line, and when I went in, they told me that they couldn't do the cleaning. I told them I had already waited, and the manager was not welcoming at all. He said they couldn't do it on the weekend.

Our first time visiting the store. We were there with the birthday girl for her first Pandora bracelet. A gentleman was courteous and knowledgeable about the products. He was also extremely patient in the process of training a new staff who happen to be a Pandora enthusiast. She took time to process our order, but we were not in a rush. Applied for the store card to receive an extra first-order discount.

Melanie at Pandora Brea was absolutely amazing and kind. She helped me with my pieces and was just so sweet.

Excellent service. Went on Christmas eve and I thought I was going to spend over 2 hours but that was not the case eventhough there was a line outside. I was out of the store in 30 min. Great service and helpful staff👍

They were very rude. Don't go here just do online shopping. I don't even know why the store is opened if they're going to kick out all the customers lol. I was the only customer left and wanted to look around the store but the worker didn't let me and said, "you can't browse. You have to know what you want before coming here." What an attitude lol
I heard this place is family owned but you guys should do better because you are just making the brand look really bad. So disappointed.

I had the WORST experience at the pandora inside the Brea mall . I was helped by a very nice lady who helped me order a ton of charms online & then I also bought one in store because it was not online . I ended up being charged twice for my purchase in store & called to let them know it wasn’t a big deal mistakes happen and if we could have it fixed . They said yes they could just had to wait for a manager to call me . It’s now been 2 WEEKS! I haven’t heard from anyone , I’ve called about 4-5 times & the manager just so happens to not ever be there . I called again today & still not there . I told them if I don’t hear from in the next week I will contact their corporate office & stop shopping there . I have a whole purchase to place but if they are this disrespectful I will have to look else where which is sad because everyone in my family has a pandora bracelet but this experience has just been horrible. Anyone know other store I can buy cute charms from because I have a feeling this will not be fixed ...

I went in last Friday a little before 8pm, excited to use the spend $550 and get $225 off promotion. I was about to enter the store, but the associates had blocked it off (even though closing was at 9pm). I was confused and tried to enter only to have multiple associates glare at me and one of them yelled at me that they were closed and not to come in. I was appalled because their posted hours were until 9pm and I would never have thought they would treat their customers this way. Perhaps they were busy due to the promotion and decided to close early? I'm not sure. Regardless, there are better ways to deliver the news. I've worked in customer service and I would NEVER yell at a customer in any situation, especially one where I am wrong. I understand that you needed to close early for whatever reason, but you do not yell at me. I thought maybe they had just blocked off the store for a few minutes to avoid congestion and so I went back 15 minutes later to find the store with half the amount of people in it and still closed. Not good for business in my opinion. When Victoria's Secret had a crazy sale a few months back, they let customers enter until 9pm and stayed open until the last one was gone. It's crazy to think such a high-end brand has such poor customer service. Very disappointed.
