Food is terrific. Service is usually very good and there is a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Myself and my partner had a truly amazing experience at Ni Hao for a three course set dinner. We did not book a reservation however were still given a lovely table and attentive service. The food was delicious and very authentic. Our waiter, Krishna, made us feel very comfortable and welcome, taking the time to translate the dishes for us and provide lots of recommendations. Would highly recommend to first-time visitors to Hamburg like ourselves.
Another level from the other Chinese restaurants in the city. I recommend the dumplings and duck! Just amazing
The server wasn't friendly when seating us or asking us what we wanted, and also didn't allow us to swap rice for noodles for some reason. It's a pretty simple swap and fairly standard in a lot of Asian restaurants. Those two things combined left us disappointed, even though the food was actually pretty good.
Most authentic Chinese restaurant in all of Hamburg. A bit upscale, very clean and polite, great service. Also good for bigger groups with advance reservation.
I just had one dish, so I can't generalize. It was really good, but not outstanding. The service was great.
Very big portions and fair prices. Unfortunately the service is literally running around the restaurant with some trays, because of that you can't feel comfortable and relaxed.
