I've ordered from this location several times and decided to pay a visit as I was passing through California. I'm so glad I did. I was able to purchase a Hangyodon plush in person. This store has every character in stock with the exception of Usahana. She seems to sell out quickly. They are an officially licensed Sanrio store so you know you will also be purchasing items from Japan as well. This is one of the few Sanrio stores that is super organized and very easy to shop. Glad we made the visit.
Small and clean store with many items to choose from. I love coming here to shop and the staff is always kind and helpful. The store is wheelchair accessible as well.
I have not been to the store front, however, I recently placed an order via their online store and the experience was far better than even the manufacturer website! My package came with an adorable sticker on it, each item was bubble wrapped tightly and with care while my smaller items were protected with adorable Sanrio paper bags. I was extremely impressed, and I really felt the love and care in the way my items were sent to me, really made my day!

Absolutely wonderful! Placed an order through their website as I no longer live in SoCal and they were extremely helpful when I reached out to them over email regarding a coupon issue. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
I came into the store a few days ago and I must say I am disappointed and annoyed. I first walked in and a girl at the register was just on her phone and greeted me. No one even ask if me I needed help until way later. I don't remember her name but she had short curly hair and she just stood behind the register. She seemed like she had an attitude. I live outta town and was trying to visit some of the sanrio stores to shop before heading back home for the holidays. I'm going to have to message corporate about these employees! I ended up not buying anything and went else where.
They have lots and lots of cute sanrio items. Plushies, bags, school supplies, bowls, mugs,etc. I can easily spend lots of money and hours over there
